Return Window
- You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to start a return.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
How to Return
- Email us at support@kriskin.shop with your order number.
- We’ll send you a Return Authorization and instructions.
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable method.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a damaged/defective item.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable (except in cases of Kriskin error).
Exchanges
- We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. To exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
- If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 7 days at support@kriskin.shop with photos of the item and packaging. We will provide a prepaid return label and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Final Sale Items
- Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or refunded.
