We stand behind our products and want you to be completely satisfied. Here’s how our returns and refunds work:

Return Window

  • You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to start a return.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

How to Return

  1. Email us at support@kriskin.shop with your order number.
  2. We’ll send you a Return Authorization and instructions.
  3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable method.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a damaged/defective item.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable (except in cases of Kriskin error).

Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. To exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 7 days at support@kriskin.shop with photos of the item and packaging. We will provide a prepaid return label and send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Final Sale Items

  • Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or refunded.
