1. Is shipping really free?
Yes! We offer free shipping on every order shipped within the United States.

2. Do you ship outside the USA?
Not at this time. We currently only ship within the United States.

3. How long will my order take to arrive?
Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing and 5–10 business days for delivery once shipped.

4. Can I track my order?
Yes. You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

5. What’s your return policy?
You can return unused items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please email support@kriskin.shop to start a return. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part.

6. How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your return, we process refunds within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.

7. Do you offer exchanges?
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.

8. What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Email us within 7 days at support@kriskin.shop with photos, and we’ll send a prepaid return label and either replace the item or issue a full refund.

10. How can I update my shipping address?
Contact us immediately at support@kriskin.shop with your order number. We can only update the address before your order ships.
